Article 1　　（Purpose）

This rule is offered to people who would like to use Borderless-tokyo's (hereafter called we) guest house reservation website " Guest house & Apartment .com"(hereafter called G&A)to observe.The users (hereafter called users )of "G&A" should also observe other rules and guidelines set up by us.

Article 2　　（What is G&A？）

1.　"G&A" is a website managed by us for people to reserve guest houses by internet.
2.When users used "G&A", we regard that users agreed with this rule, therefore, you are requested to understand this rule fully.

Article 3　　（Relation between Users and Us）

We offer a system to reserve the rent contract of guest house between users and guest house manager.
The contract for reservation and cancellation through "G&A" shall be directly concluded between users and guest house manager on their terms and conditions. We are not involved in these contracts at all. Please utilize "G&A" with users oun responsibility. If anything should happen between users and guest house managers, it should be solved between them and we are not responsible.

Article 4　　（Vacancy and Fare Information）

The information on "G&A" may be different from the same guest house information Japanese guest house fare may/may not include the service charges and consumption tax and other necessary tax and charges. The fair of both "G&A" and the guest house may change from time to time but the changed fare is only applied after the change occured, and the reservation done before the change will be applied with the previous fair.

Article 5　　（Registered Guest house Facilities）

Users can reserve the guesthouse registered by "G&A" and users can only reserve the staying schedule offered by "G&A".

Article 6　　（Information Accuracy）

The information about staying schedule and vacancy information is originally offered by the guest houses themselves, so we are far from guarentee of the accuracy of such information.

Article 7　　（Acceptance of Reservation）

Please apply your reservation by inputting the necessary information on "G&A"'s screen. The reservation acceptence by the guest house will be finalized when the input information reached to the guest house through our server. The staying contract will be finaly concluded on the basis of guest house and /or their agents terms and conditions.

Article 8　　（Confirmation of Reservation）

Resevation of guest house can be confirmed by the screen of "reservation confirmation screen" when you proceed the necessary input. The content of the screen is to be sent to user's registered e-mail address and you can print out this information, and utilize it for your preview of the house and when you move in.
In case of preview appointment, it shows on "reservation confirmation screen" and it is also sent to the registered e-mail address of users. You are requested to bring that information putting the serial number on it when you come for preview.

Article 9　　（Rent）

The rent is to be paid to the person in charge of the guest house directly when you move in. However, in case the guest house has another payment terms and condition, you are suppose to follow their way.

Article 10　　（Cancellation of Reservation）

Users can cancel the reservation or change the content following the terms and conditions set by the guest house.

As a general rule, you cancel or change the contract directly with the guest house. The payment caused by cancellation of reservation is to be paid directly to the guest house according to the terms and conditions. If you don't move in after the reservation was made, the necessary fee is also to be paid as above.
Also, after reservation was made, and if you don't report your cancellation, the same payment is to be made. In case loss by unreporting the cancellation may happen, we are not responsible for it.

In case of cancellation, the users must pay, 1500yen , if it is within one week and 3000yen if it is over one week. This will be deducted from your deposit as charge of utilizing the system.
In case the user wants to change the reservation, this is treated as a cancellation and the changed reservation treated as another reservation. But if this cancellation is in the same guest house, user can negotiate with the guest house.

Article 11　　（Dishonesty by Guest house.）

At the time of preview, the guest house might offer users direct deal bypassing "G&A", offering a certain discount. If users notify the fact to us by e-mail, we will give reward for it. The reward will be given only when guest houses dishonesty was found with a certain proof.
A) In case of keeping the contract sheet with the date of moving in.
B) In case there are certain record such as recording tape, to fix up not from our system.

Article 12　　（Communication to Users）

E-mail is used to communicate to users from us and guest house, as a general rule. If the communication is not carried out, due to users e-mail malfunction, guest house and we are exempted from any liability. The guest house may use telephone to confirm the reservation as an example, and at this time, we and guest house may call at the telephone number given at the registeration time.

Article 13　　（Prohibition）

Users must not do the followings, when users use "G&A" system.

1.　Action against this rule
2.　Action which causes others unpleasant.
3.　To use "G&A" by any method without our authorised method.
4.　To send harmful computer program, and input such as spam e-mail chained letter and 　　junk mail.
5.　Action against any law and public order and standards of decency
6.　Action which we prohibit.

Article 14　　（User's Responsibility）

When using "G&A", users are responsible for any action.
When using "G&A", if users give any damage to the third party, users must solve with their account and responsibility.

Article 15　　（Change and Abolition.）

We may change "G&A" service without informing users beforehand.

Article 16　　（Privacy Information）

We handle the privacy information following "private information and preservation policy " which we set up separately which users are to agree with.

Article 17　　（Change of Rule）

We may change this rule without informing users beforehand, so that you are requested to confirm the content each time you use. If change was made, the revised rule is to be applied. When users use "G&A", after revision, users are regarded as admitted the revised one.
