If you either do a inspection reservation, or internet reservation
through G&A, you will be able to get a serial number from
us!
If you have a serial number when you move in, you will be
able to get a special privilege,
so CHECK IT OUT!!

If you make a
reservation through G&A, serial number will be sent
to you by e-mail !! If you have a serial number, you'll
be able to get a special privilege when you move in !

you'll not be able to get a serial number hence won't
be able to get the special privilege so watch out !!

Inspection reservation
If you foung a room you might like, get that serial number and
go to the guesthouse!!
This will be the procedure. |

(１)Send
that inspection reservation to G&A!!
(２)G&A will send you the serial number by e-mail.

(３)Contact
with the guesthouse manager→decide inspection date and ask any
question you want to ask
(１)・・・Wait for the guesthouse manager to contact you.〔It might
take some time〕
(２)・・・Call the guesthouse directly.
〔Make sure you made a reservation through G&A！〕
（ex.） "My name is ○○ and I made a inspection reservation
through G&A. Can I talk to the guesthouse manager?"

(４)Meet
the manager and inspect the guesthouse. Make sure to bring your
serial number with you.
If you like it, make a contract and move in. If you don't you
can always decline ! |

(５)Contract
and start living ! |

Internet reservation.
You've found the right guesthouse but unfortunately, don't have
time to do the inspection or you are living too far away from
the guesthouse.
This system will be perfect for people who don't need to inspect
but want to book the room real bad ! |

(２)G&A will send you the serial number by e-mail.

with the guesthouse manager→confirming reservation, and decide
when to move in.

your serial number on the date you move in ! |

Attention！！You
can not cansel internet reservation.
After reserving the room and you happened to cansel, some part
of your deposit money will be taken away.
