I'm staying at Shinnakano guest house and this place is great ! I feel releaved by seeing my sharemate chatting in the common room when I come home from work.
It's pretty close from the station and by the fact that it's a big house in Nakano area I have a feeling that I can live here for a while. All the other people living here are living more than 1 year so I guess most of them likes this house too.

I don't know if I can call it a problem or not, but the fluorescent light in the bath room is flickering. Do we have to take care of this problem ? If so, that's ok but is it going to be ok if I change the fluorescent light myself?

We're glad to hear that you liked Shinnakano guest house. If you can deal with your sharemates with kindness and care, we belive that you can make a lot of good memories.

About the fluorescent light, we are asking the residents of our guest house to pay for the household commodity from the residents common service charge. Please take the money from the common service money box and after buying the light, place the receipt in the box. Thats all you have to do. If there is a person who is in charge about common service fee, maybe it might be better to tell him.

I've been living in Tanashi guest house but the common room is kind of messy. The person in charge of this area aren't doing their job. I feel like cleaning this area myself but if I do that, I don't think it's going to be good for the others cause they'll start to rely on me. Can you give me an advise?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having a hard time there. About cleaning duties, we are planning to do a group meeting soon. Cleaning duties are a must for the residents in Borderless-tokyo so if people don't cooperate, there will be troubles in the house.
