How do I search for
a guesthouse?
There are several ways to search for
a guest house .
★ I just want to look at what's available now⇒You
will be able to find out which rooms are available now by clicking
"Quick search" button or "guesthouse reservation"button.For
further information, please click help button and find out about it.
★ I have already made up which guesthouse I
want to live in.⇒You will be able to search from "guesthouse
search" button, listed on the top page.
How can I book a guesthouse?
If you want to see the room first:(inspection)：
After observing all the options there are and if you
have decided to do an inspection on one particular guesthouse, press
the "inspection" button and fill out the required information.
Then, click" inspection resrevation"button.
In the next window, you will be informed a reservation number and
an e-mail will be sent to you informing your reservation serial number
After you have done the procedure above, please check that you have
recieved the e-mail from "guesthouse-apartment.com".
Within a fewdays time, the guesthouse that you have booked will contact
you (by e-mail or by phone) and from there onwards, please decide
the inspection date and bring your serial number with you on that
inspection day.

If you want to reserve a room through "guesthouse-apartment"：
After observing all the options there are and if you
have decided to book a room directly through "Guesthouse-apartment.com",
please click "reservation" button, and on the next window,
after filling out all the required blanks, press "book the room"
button.
Next, another window will open and you will be required to fill out
your credit card information so that you will be able to pay your
deposit money.
On the next window, "guesthouse-apartment.com" will give
you your booking serial number and an e-mail will be sent to you informing
your reservation serial number.
After you have finished booking the room, please check your e-mail
and make sure you have recieved an e-mail from us.
Within a fewdays time, the guesthouse that you have booked will contact
you (by e-mail or by phone) and after negotiation with the guesthouse,
your room will be booked for sure.
caution!) Even if you have "booked"
the room through "guesthouse-apartment.com", it doesn't
mean that the room is 100% secured. It only means that you have got
the right to apply for the room you are trying to book. Please understand
some guesthouses might reject your booking application for reasons
such as when and how long you are planning to stay.
(If you could not make a deal with the guesthouse, please make a cancel
procedure through "guesthouse-apartment.com" After confirming
with the guesthouse, we will do a cashback procedure.)
If you have made a deal with the guesthouse and booked the room officially,
please bring your booking serial number with you on the date you move
in and give the infromaion to the guesthouse manager.

Is it possible to make a reservation
for more than 2 people?

is basicly made to book a room for one person only. If you are planning
to make a reservation at a domitory type room, please make a reservation
one person at a time.
