Q1． How do I confirm booking? Q2． I haven't recieved the booking confirmation e-mail. OR please re-send the e-mail again. Q3． For inspection booking, I can't print out the requested information since I don't have a printer. Q4． Do I need to call and confirm mybooking?

How do I confirm booking?

To confirm, we would like you to check the confirmation e-mail that we sent out.
However, there could be connection troubles or e-mail typing mistake. If the e-mail doesn't come through, Please let us know your name , address, phone number, the guest house name that you made your reservation to, by using our inquiry form.
We will respond to your request as soon as we confirm your e-mail.

I haven't recieved the booking confirmation e-mail. OR Please re-send the e-mail again.

You'll have to check the e-mail that has the title, "G&A Booking confirmation mail " in order to check your booking confirmation.
This e-mail will be sent by yourself. Once you fill out the requested form and when you click " send confirmation mail " the e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address
There could be 2 possibility for the reason why the e-mail hasn't come through. One is you might have not clicked the button. The Other is you might have miss typed your e-mail address.

If you want to have another copy of the e-mail, also use our inquiry form.

For inspection booking, I can't print out the requested information since I don't have a printer.

If you don't have a printer, please check the G&A booking confirmation mail and memo your serial number and booking date, and inspection date on a peace of paper just incase.

Do I need to call and confirm my booking?

You can always call the guest house to confirm. But the guest house manager will call you if you wait a while so we insist you to wait.（Please understand that sometimes the contact from the guest house might become a little late because of the companys buisness hours.）

★If the inspection booking or internet booking was made within the guest house companys buisness hours a contact will be made by either by e-mail or by phone on that day. However, if the booking was made in the off time, the contact will be made durring the guest houses companys next buisness hours
If you have made the reservation from abroad, please understand that the contact will be made durring the guest house companys buisness hours.(in another words, Japanese time)

If you have any questions that you want to ask the guest house, feel free to contact them.
However, G&A will only reply to questions concerning about booking confirmation. Other than that, we recomend you to directly contact the guest house company.
