Characteristic of the house、 motto

The owner runs 2 guesthouse and one is men only and another one is female only.The rent is quite cheap and reasonable.
Both houses were remodeled by the owner.
Cleaning duty and taking out garbage will be done by the residents.
Katakuracho Borders house is located at the 5th floor so the veiw from the house is really nice.
Dormitory Eminence is tidy and cozy.
Friends are not allowed to come to the guest house.
